Provident is a privately held spend management firm.  Operating under the direction of Randy Briesath, a career spend management expert,  Provident’s main offerings focus on providing strategic consulting services related to sourcing direct materials as well as packaging optimization programs.  Briesath previously served as Vice President at Connell where he spent 14 years leading the spend management business division.  A majority of the  Provident team comes from large CPG companies and brings greater than 175 years of purchasing experience.
